BPN Night Vigil Animated by YU4C Mumbai (11th & 12th Jan, 2025)

The Intercessory night vigil was the 1st event of 2025 conducted on 11th January at St. Xavier’s Church, Vile Parle by the Catholic Charismatic Renewal and Youth United For Christ in Mumbai. 200 youth and adults from all over Mumbai participated in this vigil. It was a joy to see a majority of youth offer their sleep to the Lord on a Saturday night! The vigil began at 10pm with a time of intercession through the holy Rosary and enthusiastic praise and worship led by the YU4C band followed by a short sharing. Eye opening facts about accepting and living God’s will in our daily lives were shared by the preacher.
After receiving immense grace at the midnight mass celebrated by Rev. Fr. Bastin, A time of intercession commenced as intentions for vocations to the priesthood and religious life, the youth, prayer groups among others were lifted up and prayed for. The night vigil ended with a time of an experience of forgiveness. We glorify God for his faithfulness and all that is in store for us in this new year.
