1 in a room – Rs. 4200/- per person
2 in a room – Rs. 4000/- per person
3 in a room – Rs. 3800/- per person
Self Contained – Non AC Rooms
2 in a room – Rs. 2500/- per person
Non Self Contained – Non AC Rooms
2 in a room – Rs. 2300/- per person
3 in a room – Rs. 2000/- per person (Only for Gents)

Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel your registration, please send your cancellation request by email to bomccr23@gmail.com.
Refunds will be processed as follows:
Cancellation requests received on or before 8th September 2026: 100% refund.
Cancellation requests received after 8th September 2026: No refund can be provided, as arrangements for the retreat would have already been finalised.
Where a refund is approved, participants may be requested to provide their Bank Account Name, Account Number, IFSC Code, and Bank Name for processing the refund by NEFT.
Approved refunds will normally be processed within 15 working days after receipt of the required bank account details.
