These terms apply to the website operated by Catholic Charismatic Renewal Mumbai. Read them alongside the privacy policy and the eligibility, participation and cancellation information shown for your event.
Accounts and accurate information
Provide accurate contact and registration details, and keep access to your verification codes and connected sign-in accounts secure. Do not share a verification code. You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to enter another attendee’s details. Participation by minors is subject to the event’s rules and required guardian approval.
Event registrations
Dates, availability, capacity, eligibility, accommodation and prices are shown on each event page. Selecting a place or starting checkout does not confirm a paid booking. A paid booking is confirmed after the payment is verified; a free booking is confirmed after successful registration. Paid places may be held temporarily while you complete checkout. Read the final booking status in Your bookings or on your confirmation page.
Follow the organizer’s participation and safety instructions. Contact the office about information or assistance you need before booking. We may update event arrangements; material changes will be communicated using available contact details.
Payments
Review the amount and currency before authorizing payment. Payment credentials are entered on the gateway’s hosted checkout. Never send your card security code, bank password or UPI PIN to the CCR office. A receipt from a bank or payment application may arrive before this website has verified the result. If the outcome is unclear, keep your reference and recheck or contact support before paying again.
Cancellations and refunds
The policy and cutoff displayed for your event govern cancellation requests. Submitting a request does not itself cancel a confirmed reservation or guarantee a refund; the office reviews it and records the decision. An approved refund may take additional time to appear through the gateway or bank. Contact us with your booking or payment reference for help. Do not send payment credentials.
A giving payment is separate from an event booking. Contact the office promptly about an incorrect or duplicate contribution; the office will review the payment and applicable circumstances.
Responsible use and content
Do not impersonate others, submit false information, send spam, attempt unauthorized access or disrupt the website. Website content is provided for ministry and programme information. Obtain permission before reusing photographs, identifiable stories or other protected material. External services and linked websites operate under their own terms.
Availability and your rights
We aim to provide accurate information and a reliable service, but outages or errors can occur. Contact the office if information appears incorrect. These terms do not remove any rights or remedies available under applicable law. Event participation remains subject to its specific published conditions and any separately required agreement.
